Advanced visualization firm Vital has released version 6.1 of its Vitrea Enterprise Suite (VES) software.
Enhancements in version 6.1 include automated bone removal and enhanced vessel growth functions for head and neck studies, multivolume fusion support for 4D brain perfusion, body perfusion, and myocardial perfusion enhancements, such as multivolume fusion of color maps and coronary arteries.
4D brain perfusion, body perfusion, and myocardial perfusion upgrades are only available outside the U.S. and only with Vitrea fX.
Vital is the former Vital Images, which was acquired by Toshiba Medical Systems earlier this month for $273 million.
