Imaging software developer Mirada Medical announced that Gene Saragnese, former CEO of the imaging business at Philips Healthcare, has joined its board of directors as nonexecutive chairman.
Before serving at Philips Healthcare, Saragnese led both the PET and CT divisions within GE Healthcare. Prior to that, he was the overall GE Healthcare chief technology officer and the general manager of GE's MRI business.
