Data management firm Mach7 Technologies has completed its merger with 3D printing firm 3D Medical of Australia, making the Australian firm a wholly owned subsidiary.
The new combined firm will be known as Mach7 Technologies Limited and will trade on the Australian stock exchange under the symbol M7T. 3D Medical specializes in 3D printing technologies, Mach7 said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The merger gives Mach7 access to international capital markets, while preserving corporate self-determination for both entities in terms of goals and products, Mach7 said. The two firms will maintain their respective workforces in engineering, customer sales, support, marketing, and service relationships. Mach7 will remain at its Burlington, VT, headquarters.
