Medical device company Catalyst OrthoScience has introduced a preview of Archer 3D Targeting, the company's preoperative planning imaging software for shoulder arthroplasty.
The software uses 2D CT or MRI scans and provides recommendations on how surgeons can best place implants. Plans generated by the software can then be reviewed or adjusted before they are finalized.
The software was licensed in partnership with 3D-Side's subsidiary 3D-Shoulder.
