Computer software and artificial intelligence (AI) developer RSIP Vision has released a new panoramic image generator and 3D sparse reconstruction tool for bladder imaging.
The tool automatically performs stitching of cystoscopy images of the bladder to create a large panoramic image. The sparse reconstruction tool, which uses "shape-from-motion" algorithms to get a point cloud representing key points on cystoscopy images, verifies that no areas of the bladder go unscreened and suspicious areas can be revisited.
Additionally, the tool can be tailored to any part of the urinary tract through which the cystoscopy camera can pass.
