Augmented reality developer Body Vision Medical has hit a milestone: 1,000 patients have benefited from its LungVision system, the company said.
Body Vision uses artificial intelligence (AI) to produce 3D tomographic images with any C-arm system, enabling pulmonologists to see exactly where a lesion is and visually confirm they're taking tissue samples from the lesion. LungVision is offered as a standalone bronchoscopy system or real-time imaging product for robotic bronchoscopes.
