Surgical visualization software developer Mazor Surgical Technologies has introduced a new version of its SpineAssist application.
The new release is designed to assist in the placement of thoracic spinal implants, providing surgeons with guidance in positioning implants in narrow thoracic spinal vertebrae, according to the Caesarea, Israel-based firm. The new SpineAssist version will complement the company's existing lumbar spine application, Mazor said.
