PACS and 3-D software developer ScImage of Los Altos, CA, is launching a new coronary analysis software package at this week’s American College of Cardiology (ACC) meeting in Atlanta.
Called VascularView, the software is designed to be an analysis tool for contrast-filled coronary arteries during CT angiography (CTA) studies. VascularView allows users to study the spatial relationship between calcified plaque and lumen, eccentricity of plaques, and extent of narrowing. Reports can be created with the click of a single button, the company said.
