Cardiac image processing and PACS firm Eigen has released Digital Fluoro Loop-Lite (DFL-Lite), a product that allows radiologists to review continuous imaging loops from radiography/fluoroscopy (R/F) studies.
Suitable for use with any standard, remote, interventional, or multipurpose R/F system, DFL-Lite can save loops and key frames for playback during and after cases, according to the Grass Valley, CA-based firm. As a result, radiologists can lower radiation dose by not having to re-expose patients, Eigen said.
