Dutch imaging firm Pie Medical Imaging will be unveiling the latest version of its CAAS quantitative analysis software at the upcoming annual scientific sessions of the American College of Cardiology (ACC).
CAAS QCA 3D features fully automatic calibration, real-time and interactive 3D reconstruction of the vessel including bifurcated arteries, and fusion of 2D and 3D analyses results, according to the Maastricht, Netherlands-based vendor.
QCA 3D functionality is part of CAAS version 5.2. In other version 5.2 enhancements, Pie said it has added a modular architecture, a floating license, multilanguage support, and enhanced functionalities for left ventricular analysis.
