Vital Images gets SSPA certification

Advanced visualization firm Vital Images of Minnetonka, MN, has received certification for excellence in service operations by the Service and Support Professionals Association (SSPA) of San Diego.

The company said that to achieve the certification it was benchmarked against industry best practices in a number of areas including support operations, customer satisfaction, service sales and marketing, product serviceability, technology infrastructure, and human resource systems.
