Merge completes purchase of Merge Cedara

Healthcare IT and advanced visualization developer Merge Healthcare has completed its purchase of Merge Cedara ExchangeCo, a subsidiary of Merge Technologies Holdings and an indirect subsidiary of Merge Healthcare.

The deal closed April 15, with Merge Technologies buying all outstanding shares of Merge Cedara ExchangeCo, according to Merge of Milwaukee.
