Computer-aided detection developer R2 Technology has opened its European headquarters. The European office, based in Neunkirchen, Germany, near Cologne, will oversee European Union sales, education and training, luminary development, and regulatory issues (for the EU and abroad), according to Sunnyvale, CA-based R2.
In addition, R2 has set up a European distributor network that will sell only R2 products in the CAD marketplace. This network also will establish reference centers and provide education, service, and technical support in Europe, according to the vendor.
