A 63% gain in revenue from digital systems powered computer-aided detection (CAD) software developer iCAD to record results in 2008 (end-December 31).
The Nashua, NH-based firm posted revenue of $37.5 million for 2008, a 41% gain from $26.6 million in 2007. Net income also reached a record $4.4 million, compared with a net loss of $1.6 million in 2007.
In the fourth quarter, iCAD notched 15% growth in revenue to $9.3 million, compared with $8.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2007. Net income climbed to $508,000, compared with $387,000 in the same quarter a year ago.
