PACS vendor Intelerad Medical Systems has announced a new artificial intelligence (AI) initiative and expanded its partnership with medical software developer Blackford Analysis.
In addition to showing its own imaging workflow intelligence and analytics capabilities at this week's Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) annual meeting in National Harbor, MD, Intelerad said it will also be offering its customers access to third-party clinical applications and AI algorithms worldwide via Blackford Platform, a single platform for accessing and managing multiple image analysis applications.
The firm said a number of applications will be available at launch, including axial3D's 3D medical printing software, Blackford's Registration (3D Cursor) automatic image registration software, CorTechs Labs' NeuroQuant and LesionQuant brain quantification software, and Icometrix brain MRI analysis software.
New applications will also be added to Blackford Platform in the future, Intelerad said.
