Precision Medical Ventures has announced the acquisition of artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Mindshare Medical.
The move will help accelerate the commercialization of Mindshare's RevealAI-Lung computer-aided diagnosis software for lung cancer screening. The application has European Union and Canadian regulatory approvals.
Precision Medical will do business under the Mindshare name, and Michael Calhoun, PhD, will join the company as chief executive officer.
