Clinical trials services and technology provider WCG has purchased medical imaging core lab Intrinsic Imaging. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
For WCG, the deal adds more than 500 board-certified physicians as well as services to support drug, medical device, and artificial intelligence trials, according to the company.
Intrinsic Imaging will now be known as WCG Intrinsic Imaging and will continue to operate from its Bolton, MA, headquarters with its current leadership structure, WCG said.
