Bayer completes Blackford purchase

Bayer has completed its acquisition of AI platform and solutions provider Blackford Analysis. The deal closed January 18.

The purchase makes Blackford a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer and will boost Bayer's digital medical imaging position in the market, the company said.
