Blackford and Thirona are entering a commercial partnership to make Thirona's LungQTM software available via the Blackford Platform.
By integrating Thirona’s advanced technology into the Blackford Platform, Blackford said it can offer tools for thoracic CT image analysis in support of pulmonary disease treatment.
Thirona’s LungQTM clinical software assists in diagnosis and treatment planning workflow for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), according to the companies. It also performs quantitative measurements within identified sub-compartments on thoracic CT exams.
