Maxant will direct booth traffic to its MediPort digital viewing workstation.
MediPort combines the construction and access of a wall-mounted film viewer with the functionality of digital workstations, according to the Niles, IL-based firm. It can be wall-mounted or recess-mounted and features a pop-up keyboard with trackball or optional mouse.
The workstation can serve as either a clinical review station or a diagnostic station, with up to four displays available in a 1.3-megapixel color, 2-megapixel grayscale, or 3-megapixel grayscale configuration, Maxant said. It can also be combined with the firm's Tech Line illuminators for an integrated digital/analog workstation.
