Altient, HipaaManager join forces

Medical information technology provider Altient and HIPAA privacy and security solution developer HipaaManager, both of San Diego, have signed a joint marketing agreement.

Under terms of the deal, Altient will market HipaaManager's HIPAA Compliance Assessment Tool (HCAT) as a complementary part of its CareReach Network, which incorporates software, hardware, managed connectivity, security, and support products for the physician market, the companies said.
