The company highlighted the following Conductor features:
- Requisition processing for handling faxed and digital requisitions from receipt to order creation.
- Automated scheduling and 24/7 self-scheduling through SMS, web, and voice with automated confirmations and rescheduling.
- Automatic patient- or provider-facing messages, forms, reminders, instructions, and updates, personalized to each care context.
- Managing high-volume inbound calls through conversational AI to reduce administrative workload and wait times.
Each process runs within Conductor's existing infrastructure with full auditability, the firm noted, emphasizing labor savings across both radiology and broader health system operations. PocketHealth estimated that in a regional imaging system, 20 full-time employees spend approximately 75% of their time manually processing faxed requisitions.
