Premier Radiology Services has acquired fellow teleradiology provider National Radiology Solutions (NRAD).
The move follows the company’s acquisition of MetisMD last year and further expands its national footprint, Premier said. NRAD founder Robb Kolb and his team will join Premier, ensuring continuity for NRAD’s customers and physicians, and further strengthening Premier’s operations, commercial, and clinical talent, the company noted.
Based in Deerfield Beach, FL, Premier has a network now of more than 165 board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologists, and interprets more than three million medical images annually, according to the firm.
