Internet-based medical coding technology and services provider CodeRyte said it has added three new cardiology customers for its products.
Temple University Physicians in Philadelphia; Spokane Cardiology in Spokane, WA; and Affiliated Professional Services, a physician practice management company in Wareham, MA, have deployed CodeRyte's technology, according to the Bethesda, MD-based company.
CodeRyte's technology reads unstructured text in patient reports and assigns codes for consults, evaluations, and new patients in addition to medical diagnoses and procedures for cardiology. The firm also has computer-assisted offerings in radiology, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and pathology.
