Healthcare product developer Agfa HealthCare has released a new graphical user interface for its Orbis enterprise-wide IT platform and suite of hospital information system applications developed by GWI of Bonn, Germany.
The user interface, NICE (new interface for cool ergonomics), enables different color schemes, typography, and icon sizes to be selected by a user, the company said. In addition, the form layout for the IT suite has been simplified, according to GWI.
The Orbis system is in use at more than 650 hospitals and clinics, Agfa said.
