HealthIntell releases PatientIntell

Healthcare market research and consulting firm HealthIntell has debuted a patient-satisfaction benchmarking tool, PatientIntell.

The product, designed for ambulatory facilities such as freestanding diagnostic imaging centers, collects survey data electronically via e-mail or kiosk in addition to paper surveys, which are given to customers and mailed back to the firm.

Once the surveys are entered into the database, clients are provided access to reports in real time, the company said.

The Wilmette, IL-based HealthIntell said it had recently added two clients to its PatientIntell database, Sharp & Children's MRI in San Diego, and Sentara Advanced Imaging Centers' facilities in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, VA.
