Mark Ivie has been hired as chief technology officer at healthcare IT firm MedQuist, effective June 27, the Mount Laurel, NJ-based firm said.
Ivie has 27 years of technology management experience, including positions in healthcare IT, clinical solutions, and workflow. He was most recently the general manager, enterprise systems and technology for GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., where he was responsible for creating and adopting standards, and for creating the infrastructure for sharing functional and infrastructure models.
