Cerner scores Abu Dhabi deal

The General Authority for Health Services for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi has selected Cerner of Kansas City, MO, to provide healthcare information technology in the United Arab Emirates, starting with four hospitals.

The first phase of the project will utilize Cerner's Millenium Solutions for the creation of electronic medical record systems at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Tawam Hospital, Al Rahba Hospital, and Mafraq Hospital.
