Swedish medical imaging and informatics vendor Sectra has received a five-year contract to handle patient information and images from the Blekinge County council in Sweden.
The contract, which comprises both radiology and mammography data, adds integrated RIS capabilities to Sectra's existing PACS product already in place, according to the Linköping-based vendor. The deal is expected to result in orders valued at 8 million Swedish kronor ($1.03 million U.S.), Sectra said.
