Healthcare software developer Vocada has released version 2.0 of its VoiceLink radiologist messaging system.
The new release incorporates many of the recommendations of the Massachusetts Coalition for the Prevention of Medical Errors, and offers hospitals a critical test result management (CTRM) system, according to the Dallas-based vendor. A hosted system, VoiceLink 2.0 enables a reporting clinician, such as a radiologist or a clinical lab technologist, to create and send real-time reports of a critical finding to an ordering clinician, Vocada said.
