Artificial Medical Intelligence (AMI) has introduced the latest version of its EMscribe Dx computer-assisted coding package.
The new release provides the foundation for an electronic health record via its data extraction engine, which automatically extracts patient chart information from existing free-text narratives, according to the Eatontown, NJ-based firm.
