Healthcare information software integrator Document Storage Solutions (DSS) of Juno Beach, FL, has purchased Minneapolis-based Sage Health Management Solutions (HMS).
Sage HMS is the developer of RadWise, an application that provides clinicians with evidence-based radiological procedure ordering recommendations on the basis of a patient's diagnosis, symptoms, and procedure requested. Under terms of the acquisition, Sage HMS will become a wholly owned subsidiary of DSS.
