Radiology informatics firm Guardian Technologies International of Herndon, VA, has signed an agreement to acquire exclusive rights to iC Works software technology from Virginia-based Zinon.
Guardian said the move is expected to accelerate its planned clinical trials in preparation with a regulatory submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and advance the release of its Signature Mapping computer-aided detection products. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
