Cardiology information management firm ProSolv CardioVascular of Indianapolis has formed an affiliation with GE Healthcare's cardiovascular ultrasound unit.
The two companies will collaborate to develop an integrated package aimed at improving workflow for echocardiography departments, according to Fujifilm Medical Systems USA subsidiary ProSolv and GE of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.
The partnership will aim to expand access to GE's EchoPAC analysis and quantification software module to make the information more universally accessible by cardiologists and other clinical staff, the companies said.
