Healthcare IT firm Aspyra of Calabasas, CA, has made changes in its management team as part of a reorganization effort, the company said.
Bruce Miller, Aspyra chief technology officer (CTO), has relinquished his post, following a 31-year tenure. Miller will continue to be available as a consultant to the company on an as-needed basis.
Ade Lawal, previously vice president of strategy and business development, will assume the role of chief operating officer (COO). James R. Helms, having previously held the position of COO, has moved into the position of vice president of strategic analysis.
Additional changes in top-level management include the appointment of Danny Chin as director of operations, Michelle Del Guercio as vice president of marketing and product management, and Scott Treiber as acting vice president of research and development, the company said.
