Siemens Healthcare has inked a long-term agreement with United Health Services (UHS), according to the Malvern, PA-based company.
The nine-year contract gives Binghamton, NY-based United Health access to Soarian, Siemens' Web-based healthcare information system. Soarian will be integrated within the UHS health network. United Health Services consists of Wilson Medical Center, Binghamton General Hospital, Chenango Memorial Hospital, Delaware Valley Hospital, and United Medical Associates.
As part of the new agreement, Siemens Managed Services will remotely host the Soarian Clinicals and Financials modules for UHS through its information systems center in Malvern, the company said.
