Clario adds referring physician tool to zVision

Software developer Clario Medical Imaging of Seattle has added a referring physician feature to its zVision software, the company announced at this week's RSNA show in Chicago.

The zVision Referring Physician Portal offers referring physicians secure and quick access to preliminary and final reports, as well as key images, across multiple PACS. Physicians can also receive instant verification of completed critical communications.

The customizable portal allows referring physicians to use other plug-in applications within zVision, including American College of Radiology Appropriateness Criteria, Radiation Passport, and customer news and announcement tools. It also offers radiologists additional customer communication tools with collaboration and chat features.
