IHE European Connectathon moves to Italy

The 11th annual European Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Connectathon will be held in Pisa, Italy, from April 11-15 at the Stazione Leopolda.

More than 200 IT engineers from 90 companies are expected to participate in the five-day connectivity marathon to test the interoperability of applications used in health information systems, according to IHE. Connectathon 2011 will also include workshops and a conference program to focus on specific healthcare themes.
