Siemens names Overhage as CMIO

Siemens Healthcare has named J. Marc Overhage, MD, PhD, as chief medical informatics officer (CMIO) of the Health Services business unit, beginning March 28.

Overhage most recently served as president and CEO of the not-for-profit Indiana Health Information Exchange (IHIE). He will be responsible for clinical informatics activities and guiding long-term product strategies.
