Agfa HealthCare said that it has received Diamond Elite corporate member status from meaningful use advocacy and consulting company healthMU.
Aimed at strengthening Agfa's meaningful use offering for the imaging community, the collaboration will provide a communication platform for interacting with existing customers and other imaging professionals, according to Agfa. Free analysis tools and educational material regarding governmental meaningful use programs will be offered at agfa.radiologyMU.org.
In addition, healthMU will work with Agfa to identify critical dependencies and areas for infrastructure improvements in its radiology product portfolio prior to its Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) certification, Agfa said.
