The Mosaiq oncology electronic medical record (EMR) software from oncology firm Elekta has received complete EMR certification, validating the software and enabling eligible providers to qualify to demonstrate stage 1 meaningful use under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.
Tested and certified under the Drummond Group's Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Testing and Certification Body (ONC-ATCB) program, the EMR software is stage 1-compliant with criteria adopted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, according to Elekta.
