Accusoft Pegasus buys Adeptol

Image compression software developer Accusoft Pegasus has purchased document viewing technology developer Adeptol.

The acquisition is part of Accusoft's commitment to the expansion and diversification of its product portfolio, according to the company. Adeptol provides cross-platform thin-client document viewing with integration for EMC's Documentum enterprise content management system and Microsoft's SharePoint collaboration software, Accusoft said.
