Mammography Reporting System's (MRS) MRS7 has been certified as an ambulatory electronic health record (EHR) by an Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology Authorized Testing and Certification Body (ONC-ATCB).
The certification allows facilities that implement and utilize the MRS7 EHR to qualify for incentive payments from the federal government for meaningful use, MRS said.
With this EHR certification, eligible professionals can meet the meaningful use criteria and potentially receive up to $44,000 in federal funding, according to the firm.
