Laurel Bridge Software plans to highlight upgrades to its enterprise imaging software at the upcoming Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) meeting in Portland, OR.
Enhancements to the company's Compass routing and workflow manager include HL7 message routing, non-DICOM file transport, DICOM load distribution and balancing, and dictation system integration, Laurel Bridge said.
The firm also plans to release a new enterprise version of Compass later in the summer that will include a scalable architecture and support for unrestricted DICOM message types.
