NTT Data Services has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Net eSolutions (NETE), a provider of digital design and transformation services for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies.
NETE's products target health and biomedical research through digital services, application development, clinical bioinformatics, advanced data analytics, cloud, and cybersecurity. Their clients include the U.S. National Institutes of Health, U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration.
Completing the transaction will add more than 300 NETE employees to NTT Data and will expand its services across the public and federal health sector.
The acquisition is expected to close before the end of this year, pending customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
