Siemens Health Services Framework utilizes biometric technology, which enable users to authenticate themselves on any network workstation via a fingerprint scan. Once a user has been verified, the application presents only the systems accessible to the authenticated user profile.
The Malvern, PA-based manufacturer developed the product to simply the log-on an process for clinicians who must access multiple systems throughout a healthcare enterprise.
