PACS technology developer Foresight Imaging and Merge Healthcare unit Cedara Software have inked a five-year distribution agreement.
Under the terms of the deal, Cedara of Mississauga, Ontario, will distribute Foresight's TIMS DICOM system. In addition to serving as a general distributor for the PACS connectivity offering, Cedara will also be the exclusive sales channel for the system in Europe, according to Foresight of Lowell, MA.
