Milwaukee-based Merge Healthcare will file its third-quarter financial report on or before November 9, and will follow with an investor update call on November 17.
Merge President and CEO Kenneth Rardin said the radiology information technology and advanced visualization firm will be in a better position on November 17 to discuss its business and strategy. Since the company currently is in its prefiling quiet period, Merge will not be accepting investor calls until after the completion of the November 17 conference call.
