IBM Watson Health has inked a $10 million contract for PACS and artificial intelligence (AI) software with an Ohio health system.
The deal will allow TriHealth of Cincinnati to update its PACS infrastructure and incorporate AI applications for medical imaging into its system, it said. TriHealth will also adopt IBM Watson Imaging Clinical Review, a tool that analyzes electronic medical record information.
TriHealth expects Watson Imaging Clinical Review to be deployed throughout its entire system in early 2019, according to the firm.
