Radiology services provider Radiologix posted service-fee revenue of $68.2 million in its second quarter, up 10.4% compared with the $61.8 million reported in the second quarter of 2000. For the period (end-June 30), the Dallas-based firm had a net income of $4 million, compared with a net income of $4.4 million last year.
For the second straight quarter, Radiologix generated a record level of cash flow from operations, receiving $11.2 million. This cash flow, combined with cash on hand, allows Radiologix to repay $20.9 million of debt during the quarter, according to the company.
